Simply reach out to info@1848customboards.com stating your order number as listed on your packing slip. Should you want a return or replacement please outline your reason and ship it back to us. We will either replace it per your instructions or refund your purchase price. Any reasonable reason for return will ALWAYS be acceptable, however, damage due to misuse or events 1848 Custom Boards cannot control will not be accepted.
