We have a lifetime repair/renew of our products free of charge anytime. Simply reach out to info@1848customboards.com stating your order number as listed on your packing slip, what the issue is, and if you want a repair, return or replacement. We will issue an RMA with information for you to ship back to us if need be. Any reasonable reason for return will ALWAYS be accepted. Return shipment cost is the customers responsibility
